Funny pictures and credit given to Jen and Adira...

I found these pictures of Kai taken when he was 7-months old. And that look on his face- it's PRICELESS!
I should win an award for this (mind you, this is not a real duck!)

Too see actual footage click here-

I gave this t-shirt to baby Sofie- I think she is sooo cute with her yawning like that!

Kai with a bed head hair-do.

An Internet birthday card to Alejandra with a picture of her hubby Martin attached. The skin tone is so similar, huh?

Kai and mommy wiped out.

I forgot to mention 2 ladies who put a tremendous amount of effort into fundraising to battle cancer- my niece Adira and my brother's girlfriend Jen. I am extremely proud of them and wanted to share this with you.

Adira did a fundraiser for the 5 mile Walk of Hope to battle cancer. Although she completed her 5-miles, most of her schoolmates did 3 miles. Adira went to the extent of carrying her classmates piggy-back when they complained they could not walk anymore. Leave it to Adira! GI Girl Adira!

In October, Jen did her second Susan B. Koman 60-mile, 3-day walk in Tampa Bay, Florida AND raised $2,200 in the fight against breast cancer. She also made a special donation of 8" of hair to the Pantene Beautiful Lengths campaign. This is an organization that is working with the American Cancer Society to help provide wigs to woman that are unable to afford them when they are going through cancer treatments. Spending a night camped out in a public garage.

Jen will walk 3-days in Tampa in the fight against cancer.

Meet Jennifer Cripe.
This is my brother Derek's main squeeze (girlfriend). She not only bakes wonderful castle-shaped chocolate cakes, but knits these beautiful baby blankets as she did for Kai, which he loves to snuggle every night.
~
Jen also works hard for Federal Signal Corporation where her job makes her travel at times. We were lucky to have her visit us here in California (from Chicago on a business trip) as it gave her an opportunity to meet Kai when he was a couple months old (and she beat my siblings to it also!)
~
Anyway, she did the 3-day Susan B. Koman Breast Cancer walk last year and raised $2,200. This year her goal is to raise $2,500 and to complete the 60-mile journey in Tampa Bay, Florida.
~
Please support her in achieving this goal, as this takes a lot of dedication, faith, physical and mental strength, and of course a truly good spirit. All donations are tax deductible and will help to win the fight against cancer.

I made my donation, please make yours. Thanks!
