Kai called me "MOMMY"!!! Double Trouble at the San Ramon playground.

This morning Kai crawled over me and pointed at Greg and called him "daddy" before slapping him on the head to wake him. And then he spun around and pointed at me (which I immediately shielded my face just in case I may get whacked) and called me MOMMY! I thought I was hearing things, and I asked him to call me again. Then I heard it distinctly "MOMMY!"

Wow- I always admired Kai's way of pronoucing daddy's name while I usually got the hand signals, cries, whines, and baby babble as his way to get my attention. And I thought maybe he'd call me "mama" or something of that sort...but Mommy? My heart melted...

So today we had, not the double mint twins at the playground, but the Double Trouble Twins instead. Here they are wondering where was the beer and where all the hot chicks were ?


Why are the boys in such a rush to get down the slide? First it was Lukas that got down fast, followed by Kai who slid down on his belly...and then they both started running frantically away...

...from the big green mommy monster who blocked all the sunlight in that tunnel to get through! Hmmm...I'd run too.
